this patch removes the annoying message
that pops up whenever the logger is started.

Note for the rel4 of the patch (5-jul-2k2)
added support for v5.1.6
now patch attempts to find and terminate the logger,
so the patching process has become easier.
if the patch cannot find the logger, try _not_ to press "yes"
in the popup window when pcacme prompts you,
run patch with that window still on the screen.

the tricky part is to actually find the name of the file, as it
is unique for every installation. and besides, it's somewhat hidden -
you won't find it in explorer.
so, a little tool had to be developed to work this around. and it was ;)
here's what you'll have to do:
1) first, you'll need to install the application. pretty obvious. ;)
2) next, have it loaded.
you'll know you have when you've seen the annoying message.
3) run the patcher and click 'Find'.
if all goes well as it should, the file name will appear in the edit box

...and don't press 'patch' yet, as it'll fail ;)
4) you need to stop the logger, 'cause we can't patch the file while it&
#39;s open,
which is true for every executable file of the program that's runnin
g.
so you run the 'control center' and stop the logger via nifty button
located on the 'general' tab.
5) at last, getting back to the patcher window,
you push the 'patch' button and pray ;)
